About Cailan Burns
Cailan Burns was born in the town of Elizabeth in South Australia, a place where happy pants do not make anyone happier. He had his schooling in fine arts at the University of South Australia, and has been creating friendly, hairy creatures ever since. He dislikes swimming and heights, but cares for tea. He takes his inspiration from lucid dreams, Japanese ghost pictures, Czech and Russian animation and forgotten childrens’ books. He presently resides in a treehouse in Thornbury, and would like to create his own childrens’ book.
