As a kid, I loved to draw…
From whatever book I was reading at the time. I found it inspiring to read. The images I conjured in my head always found their way into my sketchbook.
My favourite fun fact to drop into conversation is…
That honey never goes off, it can last for thousands of years which is pretty mind-blowing.
I love collaborating with…
Fellow artists. I'm always keen to learn from other creatives and I enjoy bouncing ideas around with someone who's able to approach the same project from another angle.
There’s nothing more satisfying than a project that…
Pushes you out of your comfort zone. It's projects where I'm able to try something new, problem solve or maybe just look at something from a different perspective that I find the most rewarding.
My solution to creative block is…
Not to force it and instead go do other things. The solution will usually come to me subconsciously whilst I'm cooking or at the gym.
A creative area I’d like to explore more is…
Augmented Reality. I find it intriguing that you can look at the world through your phone or other device and discover something unexpected. It's almost like a hidden layer behind reality that we can access, which is very cool.
