Privacy Policy — Heads Up: Pass & Play Poker

Heads Up is a pass-and-play poker game. It is designed so that we never see your data, because your data never leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Heads Up does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. The app works entirely offline.

What stays on your device

Player names, avatars, match history, and statistics you create in the app are stored only on your device, and are deleted when you delete the app or remove a player inside it. We have no access to them.

Purchases

The optional "Unlimited Matches" purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information. Purchases can be restored through Apple at any time.

Children

Heads Up does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children — it has no mechanism to collect information at all.

Changes

If a future version of the app ever changes these practices, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the app's App Store privacy label will be updated to match.
